THE POSITION
We are looking for a full-time IT Manager with experience in handling IT Support including Service Desk and IT Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Endeavor to make technology and systems available around the clock, and establish disaster recovery or contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
Plan the lifespans of all the companies' technologies, including anticipated upgrades and replacements.
Manage a company's help desk operations and provide beneficial technology
Recruit and train technology employees and work with human resources staff on personnel issues.
Recommend purchases of technology that will increase business efficiency, save money and facilitate corporate expansion.
QUALIFICATIONS
BS Computer Engineering, BS Computer Science, BS IT, BS ECE or any related 4-year IT course
Any IT/Project-Management-Related certification is desired.
With 4 or more years of experience as a Supervisor or Manager in a similar field.
