Full-time Online English Tutor

Job Description:
Provide online ESL courses to Asian students (from primary school to adults) using the advanced internet technology. An excellent working package will be offered to the right candidates depending on overall qualification, English ability, teaching ability and education background.

• Work with a team of 12 tutors in the office and with over 500 English tutors with Acadsoc.
• A training will be provided for the new hires.
• The tutors can be promoted to a co-head of a team if he/she has been keeping good performance.
• Fresh graduates holding B.A.E. (Bachelor of Arts in Education for English Major) are welcome as well.

Salary range: P20,000 - P30,000
Base Salary (p16800 based on the working hours) + Bonus (10%~20% Lesson Bonus + Other Incentives).

Requirement:
– With English education background;
– With good Excellent English ability esp. speaking ability (neutral accent);
– Able to work a minimum of 8hrs. (anytime from 10:00am to 23:00pm) and 5 days a week;
– With good PC and software operation;
– For home-based candidates, they must provide a stable network and tutoring equipment.
