We’re seeking a passionate and self-motivated part time email and demand generation marketing manager with at least 4 years of experience to join our rapidly growing team. If you love email, SMS and digital marketing for e-commerce, this may be the perfect role for you.

Job Description:

- Join LD Innovations' rapidly growing Marketing team and play a central role in shaping the company’s growth.
- Plan and manage the email marketing program (in Klaviyo) and SMS program (in Postscript) to deliver against our aggressive growth and engagement goals for 2 brands.
- Partner with Marketing Manager to drive strategic email and SMS growth initiatives focused on onboarding, acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, engagement, automations, drip campaigns, and more.
- Plan and execute ongoing testing to drive continuous improvement across email and SMS KPIs including deliverability, open rates, click-to-open rates, conversion rates, opt-out rates, and revenue.
- Analyze campaign performance to identify trends and new opportunities for ---------- fine and monitor KPIs to be able to react to changes quickly and decisively.
- Develop weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting on email and SMS performance.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills. 
- Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
- Strong analytics and data-driven background, demonstrating the ability to understand key performance drivers and translate analytic data into strategic insights that drive successful marketing programs.
- At least 3 years of experience with e-commerce.
- Demonstrated success in contributing to e-commerce customer growth by building scalable programs.
- Email and SMS strategy experience. Must have experience developing and managing strategic email and marketing campaigns on Klaviyo.
- Technically proficient in email and SMS campaign management, setting up intricate automations, syncing email, social media, digital ad campaigns, testing measurement and optimization across various owned and paid channels.
- Experience using tools like Klaviyo, PostScript, Google Analytics, Shopify, Facebook Ads, and Trello.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup ---------- fortable making decisions amidst ambiguity, strong bias for action and high-impact growth.
- Creative self-starter with a can-do attitude; can work independently, self-reliant, and self-motivated.
