SQL Developer/Consultant
Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients to assist with configuring and building our 3rd party integrations to the platform.
• Research, design, and deploy planned and pre-scoped integrations to meet customer requirements against known or new 3rd party systems.
• Triage and resolve SQL and API related issues.
• Provide ongoing documentation, training, and feedback to internal colleagues.
• Create and edit documentation for our internal and external knowledge portal.
Required Skills/Experience:
• Practical knowledge of SQL, XML, XML schema, JSON
• Understanding of SQL stored procedures, triggers, and jobs
• REST and SOAP API Experience
• Basic database structure and data management
• File Transfer Protocol experience (HTTP, HTTPS, FTP)
• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role
• Highly adaptable and self-motivated, able to operate in complex environments while successfully managing simultaneous projects
• Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, documentation, and time-management skills
• Prior technical support, tier 2 support, sales engineering, or product engineering experience welcomes
• Enterprise iPaaS experiences - such as Workato, Tray.io, Informatica, or Dell Boomi


Budget: 80K Package Max
Schedule: starts at 11 PM Manila
Work Set-Up: work from home (temporary due to pandemic)
Needs to have a wired internet connection at home
