Exec Assistant and Social Media VA

We are looking for a Full Time virtual assistant to work with our delivery and community team.

We are Foodie Coaches, a business that coaches hospitality business owners and runs webinars, events and 3 Facebook pages with this community. We are 2 years old and work remotely and all online.

This role specifically has a list of tasks to care of each day Monday to Friday, then advocated project help and special requests from the delivery manager so you will be learning as we grow

Some of the jobs included in this role are...

- Communicating to members through our Facebook support account in messenger
- Organising, scheduling and rescheduling members and coaches for meetings on zoom
- Moderating webinars on zoom
- editing video and audio content and uploading it to our members portal
- managing the calendars of our coaches
- proficiency building spreadsheets in Google sheets
- Updating CRM contacts, automations and learning to build landing pagers in click funnels
- Monitoring email and messenger inboxes and communicating with manager on replies
- Tracking member engagement and updating the delivery team each week


You will be learning a lot of new processes and sometimes using your own initiative to create a new process and record it for future users. A fast computer, internet speed and great organisation are mandatory

This Job will; require you to be fluent in conversational English and bring personality and energy to the way you communicate with our team and especially our members on social media
