We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who has a tendency in executing detail market research and producing high quality presentations and summaries.
Partially you will have to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Zoom and Google tools.
Core tasks:
Perform market research
Create presentations and summaries
Keeping up to date company workflow and searching for updates from team members
Composing beautiful
Update the company website and/or social media accounts.
Other relevant tasks that will come and you will have time and competence to handle
Be flexible and casual in communication and availability
Requirements:
Prior experience as an administrative assistant.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fully computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Highly organized.
