Hey there! I run a 6 year old Canadian company selling our own branded line of over 20 products on Amazon with a small team of three wonderful people from the Philippines. Right now, business is booming and there's a lot of work that I need done which is why I'm looking for someone brilliant like YOU to help further grow the company.


***WHAT JOB POSITIONS ARE OPEN?***

1. Graphics/Multimedia Person (Full time: 20000 PHP to 26000 PHP)

Responsibilities may include: Photoshopping images, improving quality of images, optimizing product pages, designing inserts/printed material, editing packaging artwork, creating social media graphics, editing basic videos, coordinating with other multimedia experts like photographers or videographers on more complex projects

Ideal candidate is: Creative, artistic, experienced in many multimedia programs, good taste, familiar with western aesthetics and preferences

2. VA/Bookkeeper (Full time: 17000 PHP to 23000 PHP)

Responsibilities may include: Bookkeeping, data entry, organizing company documents, taking notes, cold emailing prospects, writing and replying, posting on social media, coordinating with suppliers, checking invoices, miscellaneous housekeeping tasks

Ideal candidate is: detail oriented, conscientious, patient, responsible, excellent manners, great with written communication, organized

3. "Tech and Numbers Guy" (Full time: 21000 PHP to 28000 PHP)

Responsibilities may include: Creating/Managing PPC campaigns, inventory management, shipping and logistics, updating webpages, fixing general technical problems, troubleshooting error messages, learning to use new web software services, sales projections, reorder management, checking calculations.

Ideal candidate is: Someone who is naturally good with both technology and numbers and can adapt their skills to a variety of different situations and problems.

***WHAT DOES THE TYPICAL WORK DAY OR WEEK LOOK LIKE?***

I'm in a different time zone so you will be working independently (your Filipino coworkers will be there but they can't help you too much because they have their own work to do). You will be pre-assigned many tasks in advance with detailed instructions on what to do and/or how to approach the task. You will complete each task at your own pace and schedule. You get to d ---------- your own hours but you are expected to complete a certain number of hours each month to get your full ---------- is up to you which days you work though typically, you are expected to log in for at least hour on each weekday and you can catch up on missed hours on Saturday and Sunday too if you wish. We don't have meetings, meetups, video chats and parties but the benefit is, you don't have to deal with company politics (i.e no drama) and you can work in your pajamas with no coworkers to distract you. As long as you do your assigned tasks well, consistently and at a reasonable speed on your own, I have no issues with how you manage your schedule. You will also need to install software to keep track of hours worked and you will need to submit reports on what you have accomplished regularly.

-14th month bonus (after 2 to 3 years on the job)

***WHO IS NOT RIGHT FOR THIS JOB?***

-can't work independently or requires a lot of social stimulation
-not prepared to do ALL your communication in written form
-not disciplined or self motivated to work the required hours each month
-need constant supervision or micromanagement
-have trouble taking or following written instructions
-have privacy issues with installing software to keep track of hours worked and taking screen grabs
-not prepared to grow, learn new skills, and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities
-poor or unprofessional attitude (as long as you're hardworking and reasonably adept, I can work with you)
-in poor health (expect long hours of sitting and staring at a screen)
-unstable internet connection and/or work at home environment/circumstances
-can't deal with a certain amount of stress and pressure
-don't plan on staying for at least 3 years
