esl teacher and native speakers

We are in need of Native English Speaking Teachers (from USA, AUSTRALIA,UK,NEW ZEALAND,CANADA, IRELAND, SOUTH AFRICA) to teach ESL to our Chinese students online. Below are the minimum qualifications/requirements. However, other requirements deemed necessary maybe asked from applicants.
*** Native English Speaker
*** Stable Internet Connection at home (not less than 1.5mbps)
*** Available online from 6pm-11pm (+8GMT Philippine/China Standard Time)
*** Passion for teaching and genuine care for students
*** TESOL,TEFL,CELTA,TESL certified highly preferred but not necessary
*** High End Laptop or PC with a good headset
*** Clear pronunciation of English words
*** Relevant teaching experience (not compulsory)
