We are an Australia based E-commerce brand seeking an energetic and hard-working VA to help develop and launch our next generation of products to the market. You will research market opportunities, perform data analysis, and identify gaps and improvements with existing products.

Previous Amazon experience is preferred but if you have a willingness to learn new systems and processes, we want to hear from you. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with the company and become a key member of the team in the success of that growth.

Excellent English communication skills required (verbal/written) and most importantly you will have a can-do attitude and be fun and friendly to work with.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Product Research
* Create a Daily Product Sourcing Plan/Strategy.
* Identify new product opportunities using an existing approach with consideration for competitor data, sales data, market/consumer trends, buying behaviour, associated risks, and overall business environment (such as pandemic).
* Gather and input data into our product analysis tool to determine the financial viability of a product

Keyword Research
* Identify gaps in the market by analysing keyword search rankings and corresponding products
* Conduct basic keyword research and analysis as part of product research

Product Sourcing
* Identify and Obtain quotes from Suppliers and Sourcing Agents
* Organise and analyse quotes and supplier data and present recommendations in an organised manner

Competitor Analysis
* Analyse competitors’ offerings and reviews for opportunities to improve a product
* Conduct Competitor Creative Analysis (listing, copy, photos, storefront)
* Work with our team of photographers, listing copy writers, and other members to

Manufacturer Management
* Shipping & Logistics
* Work with suppliers on product production
* Sales projections, reorder management

Miscellaneous
* Shipping & Logistics
* Work with suppliers on product production
* Improve existing processes and document in a SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) document
* Customer Service


DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- Amazon Seller Account Experience
- Experience with Helium10, Brand Analytics
- Experience with Trello Project Management Software
- 2+ years working for USA, UK or Australia business
- Flexible hours although most hours will be regular Philippines Business Hours
- Paypal account for payment
- Chinese Language Skills a Bonus


The ideal person should also have these skills and traits:
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Docs, G-mail and Zoom.
* Love searching for products! You must enjoy looking for and researching different kinds of products and take on the mind of the consumer who is buying them.
* Excellent at collecting and analysing data then making recommendations for product development.
* A good understanding of how to use spreadsheets for analysis.
* Ability to think creatively and master high-level information quickly.
* Detail-oriented and organised with the ability to set your own goals and develop achievable timelines to hit them while working independently.
* Ability to quickly learn and master various data analysis software programs and tools.
* Confidence to voice and present recommendations and opinions on product development suggestions.
* Ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Responsive on Slack, Email, WhatsApp, Zoom.

A 30-day probationary period is in place to determine if the employee will be a good long-term fit for the role.
