LinkedIn Appointment Setter Lead Gen - Consulting

We are not just looking for an Appointment setter/LinkedIn lead gen specialist to just fill a job. This position is a stepping stone to joining a growing startup consulting company.

The position will start at 20 hours per week and gradually increase to full time. Since we will be doing a lot of training. All possibilities for raises based upon work performance. You could also end up managing and training other individuals doing lead generation in the company. There is also a commission per appointment or calls you place with the potential Leads

The position will be open up for grabs and we will only be hiring 1 right now, but we’ll be hiring multiple people in the future for this role. We will be including an exercise in a google form that you will need to fill out. To see your skill in this type of work.

Position Overview:
Your role is to book appointments with qualified leads from the people in our LinkedIn Network. You will be messaging inside the LinkedIn messenger and talk with leads about their problems, their wishes, pains, and dreams. To find out if their problem could be a part of our market research to create a future service or if we already have a solution for ---------- short, you’ll be communicating with the people who have accepted our connection requests to having a call if they're qualified.

Expectations:
-Get at least a minimum of 5 qualified leads per week
-Must Understand my Accent (Danish accent)
-I have also prepared an audio recording to test you out if you understand my accent or not Link: - ----------
-Have had a minimum of one job that had outbound lead generation on LinkedIn

Qualities needed to be successful
As we know skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time, we have 3 qualities that we are looking for in our special candidate:

These qualities are; Commitment, Desire to learn & Structured

-Commitment- We are looking for someone for a long-term relationship with the expectation that this will become full-time and are ready to train more people.
-Desire to learn- We are still a small team that is growing fast. We want people who are open to learning new skills and taking on projects. If you're not excited about improving your skills this is not for you.
-Structured - Someone who likes to keep things organized and likes structuring things.
