I am looking for a VA with an EXTREME competency in English.

If you've never been a VA before and you were invited to this job, it's because you have a high competency in English and I thought you might be a good fit here.

I own a t-shirt company and I need someone that can help me with day to day operations and task which include:

coming up with new t-shirt ideas (There will be training included)
data entry
keeping track of data and using our workflow CRM (Trello)

Training will be provided for all of the above however, experience is a bonus.

You will need to have a headset with a mic to communicate (don't worry, I'm nice :)

Requirements:

English - If you're not good at speaking, you must be good at writing or communicating.

Hard Worker - If you're not willing to work for your keep, then we're probably not a good match.

Willingness to Learn - We will train you on everything you need to succeed here but if you're not willing to learn, this is not the job for you.

Responsible & Punctual - You will be responsible for showing up to work on time and completing tasks on time. Being on time isn't hard and there isn't a lot of leniency here.

Attention to detail - Your value to me is in being able to give you a project and have you run with it. If I go back and check your work and it takes me twice as long to correct mistakes as it would have taken for me to do the work myself, then your value lessens to our company.

Efficiency - You need to be able to complete tasks quickly. You will be allotted a lot of grace but I need you to work hard and quickly. I want you to be a part of our team.

Going Above and Beyond - I place a high value on people who take the tasks I give to them and treat them as if they were their own business. If you look out for me, I will look out for you.

Details:

You need to be able to use English very well. Half of the battle in getting things done is being able to communicate.

I am going to try out at least 3 of you, if not more, and one of you will be the one we hire permanently. Currently, the position calls for 40 hours of work a week. Soon after that, we will have room to take you to full time. If you can't do full time, you can stay part time and we will hire someone else to handle those hours.

I will choose at least 3 for a pre-determined task. This is your interview. How well you do on this task will let me know what to expect from you in the future and if you are a good fit.
