Full Time Sales Assistant

Complete Roofing is looking for several Full Time Sales Assistants to work with our Sales Team. The position will include updating our CRM (HubSpot), regular phone calls with our Sales Team & customers (during U.S. Eastern Standard Time, 9 am to 5 pm), responding to emails, setting appointments, managing calendars, determining drive time and handling other general administrative Upgrade to see actual infoplete Roofing will train you for this position, including how best to assist your assigned outside Sales Representative within the company. We will allow for your experience to build over time as you begin to perform tasks within the role.

You MUST have:
• Excellent spoken English
• Excellent written English
• A College degree
• Experience as a Personal Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Business Administrator
• Experience with data entry
• A private and quiet space to work from phone
• High-speed internet
• Working, later model computer
• Webcam

Preferred but NOT required:
• Experience on an Apple Computer (OS)
• Experience with the HubSpot platform
• Understanding of Google’s G-Suite
• Experience with RingCentral phone systems
