Appointment Setter / Sales Development Rep (FULL TIME)

This is a FULL TIME ROLE, work from home. Flexible hours, but must be "on-call" during US CT.

Duties:
-Contact assigned leads to book appointments for franchise consultant | 100 leads of more per month
-Call assigned leads within one hour of receipt during business hours | 9 to 5 EST
-Book successful appointments via Calendy
-Follow up via set structure if no answer on initial call | Text-call-call over a 3 day span
-Enter and track all leads and contact activity into CRM
-Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
-General knowledge of the US franchise industry, highly preferred
-1 year + of sales experience
-Customer first mentality
-Detailed data entry skills, CRM maintenance
-Interpersonal communication skills
-Organizational skills
-Excellent spoken English
