We are looking for a Superstar Virtual Assistant to join our team and give a "can-do-attitude" 100%, all the time!

| What You Will Do |

As our Superstar VA, you will

Ensure that our founders get the best support they need
Emails
Coordinate schedules & setting up appointments
Create presentations
Assist in product launches
Manage our admin panel
Respond to customer inquiries via email, Facebook Messenger
Create engaging content for social media
Create marketing campaigns
Content writing & copywriting
Manage social media by replying to messages and comments
Manage multiple projects at one time
Managing bills
Dana entry
Research
Speaking on the phone when needed


| Qualifications |

As our Superstar Virtual Assistant, you will be wearing many different hats. You must love tech & internet. Curious by nature. Love to learn and grow as a person. As a tech startup, things are rapidly changing so our superstar VA needs to adapt fast like a shape-shifter! If this is you, we want to meet you!

That said, here are a few non-negotiable skills that you must possess:

Exceptional written and spoken English
Natural ability to collaborate
The ability to think and work on your own
Great research and organizational skills
Resilience for holding problems until they're solved
Sharp attention to detail
A mix of creative and analytical abilities
Ability to convey ideas and accept constructive criticism well
Courage to voice out ideas and opinions
Past VA experience - minimum 3 years
Familiarity with Zoom, Google calendar, eBay, MailChimp, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube
