Social Media & Customer Support V.A for Website Agency

If you are an awesome V.A, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We are offering you a full-time position of Social Media & Customer Support V.A , from the comfort of your own home.

You will be helping a range of clients, to take their website & brand to the next level, so they can have a bigger impact on the world.

You get to work with 20 awesome Filipino designers & developers for a world-leading website design & branding agency ----------

You will have a regular weekly income that you can rely on. (Paid directly into your bank in PHP.)

For this role, you will need to:
- Assist our website development team with managing their projects
- Assist our website developers with customer support emails on our help desk
- Assist our executive assistant with our social media campaigns
- Be self-motivated & very reliable.
- Work at a fair & reasonably fast pace.
- Have great attention to detail.
- Be ethical, a team player, and a good communicator.
- Have good English speaking & writing skills.
- Have a fast, reliable computer & fast internet speed.
- Be able to work well unsupervised from your own location.
- You must have a microphone so you can have occasional calls with our managers.
- Work full-time within standard daytime hours, 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday.
- Commit to a full-time position with the goal to work with us for at least two years.
- Some experience with technical support is an advantage

We are an Australian business that has an excellent reputation for creating awesome looking custom websites, branding, and marketing graphics for our clients all around the world that use online marketing funnels to grow their businesses.

Summary:

The position will start with a fully paid full-time 2 week trial period, to see how well you perform and to see if your attitude is a good fit for our culture, then we will offer you a permanent full-time position.

Our Filipino team is great to work alongside and you will most likely make some lasting friendships.
