Part time virtual assistant with perfect English to join our family online e-commerce business in Australia. Your role is focused on preparing our email newsletters and social media marketing. Potential for long term position.

We are looking for a creative and technology savvy VA, with these skills:
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Organised, dependable and deliver on time
- A regular user of Facebook and Instagram
- Writing marketing emails
- Creating social media graphics or photos
- Comfortable with learning to use new software and apps, such as Klaviyio/mailchimp, shopify, Facebook business manager, Instagram business, Canva, Justuno, YouTube, IGTV, loom
- Able to do research

Technology:
Strong internet access
New model computer with reasonable processing speed

Work hours:
Flexible. 20-25hrs a month to complete email campaigns, create social media posts, engage with accounts on Instagram, plus occasional additional research tasks. We just need to touch base via messenger chat/video or email.

Pay:
Monthly. We give bonuses for doing a good job and when our business does well.
