Real Estate Expert VA

I'm looking for a Real Estate Expert who has done the following:

1. Property Research
2. Comparables
3. Transaction Coordination
4. Title Research
5. Obtain Lists from the County or List Providers
6. Skip Tracing

I realize that Real Estate is a large field and you may have property management, or sales, or rental experience. That is not what I'm looking for. I specifically need someone who has done the above tasks. This could have been in houses, or surplus, or multifamily, mobile homes, etc.

While Appointment Setting Experience would be a Bonus, it is not the fundamental thing I'm looking for.

I will train you in a specific niche, but I need someone with a base knowledge. This is not an opportunity for someone looking to switch into real estate, or wants to learn about real estate. I'm looking for someone who already has the relevant experience and can easily be trained on this niche and can train the rest of my team.
