Content Management Specialist Needed

I have a small recruitment business and I need a content manager that can post on FB and LinkedIn several times a week. This will be a part time project meaning only a couple hours a week but likely continuous.

Posting would include:
Area Events (job fairs, other employment events)
Local Job Articles
Job Skills Info(skill/knowledge building resources)
