Executive Assistant

I am the owner of a small internet business in the USA, we are growing rapidly and I need an assistant to take care of a variety of tasks. We manufacture mechanical equipment for the biofuel industry so the ability and willingness to understand the product and the customers is a must. Excellent spoken and written English absolutely necessary as phone conversations with customers may be required. I have a couple other virtual employees that you will oversee also. Must have the ability to take over responsibility where possible; I will show you how the business works, you show me what you can do. Basic tasks: Research material suppliers for cost savings Minor website improvements (graphics/data entry) Manage small projects (website programing/customization, SEO) Manage vender relations/orders material purchasing. Customer service emails and follow-up. I am looking for a dedicated permanent employee that will be with me for a long time. Must be willing to grow and invest in the position. Must have Executive Assistant experience.
