Social Media / Digial Marketing Assistant (FULLY REMOTE)

An upcoming International retail brand is looking for a PART TIME Social Media / Digital Marketing Assistant to administer our social media accounts and help our Marketing Director build an online presence.

You will be working closely with our Marketing Director that will need your assistance in pushing campaigns and online promotions. The goal is to reach our target market widely and to generate leads and convert them to sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers.
? Obtains market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support.
? Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs - customer service, influencer outreach, trending topics, community building
? Content Creation - write social media posts, web contents, find posts that are relevant and significant to the brand
? Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports bi-weekly by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data, audience responses, web visits, etc.
? Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
? Measure and Prove ROI - set measurable goals for each campaign and interpret results to optimize program

QUALIFICATIONS:
? Strong marketing, organizational and analytical skills
? Must understand Social Media Marketing and SEO
? Self-starter and take initiatives
? Well-spoken and can think outside the box
? Highly creative, intellectual, pleasant to work with, friendly but laser focused
? Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, and social media advertising / online campaigns
? Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines, instagram and facebook ads
? Bachelor's degree is preferred but NOT REQUIRED

WORKING HOURS:
? This position is FULLY REMOTE
? Must be able to work anytime between 1-7pm US Pacific Timezone.
? You will be required 4 hours daily, 5 days a week, and you choose your days off!
? This is a 3-6 month temporary gig but might turn into something permanent, depending on the brand's success. So you will determine this success. We'd like to keep you!

BONUS:
? We offer additional 10% MONTHLY bonus to our team members if we reach our target sales goal.
