Bridging the Gap is in the business of providing products and programs that empower and teach health practitioners and coaches how to start and grow online. Your role as content and social media coordinator is to ensure that our business and brand is known by all practitioners and coaches who want to grow online by supporting the marketing department using your unique skill set.
Our perfect candidate is a unicorn when it comes to all things content, repurposing and social media and working in a fast paced environment with lots of moving pieces. You are creative, experienced, detail oriented, great at handling different timelines and working with various people involved in different aspects of the company.
You love branding, messaging, content, social media and using your up-to-date digital creative skills to help expand reach and increase engagement across all social media platforms.

As a company that teaches how to start and grow a business online, it’s incredibly important that our content and social media coordinator is experienced in online marketing and using social media to grow an online business.
This position’s primary focus will be to coordinate the monthly editorial calendar with the support of the Marketing Manager and to create/repurpose high-value content that will expand the reach of our business and brand along with increased engagement.
The number one goal of this position is to find ways to repurpose our content to attract and engage our ideal audience so they become raving and loyal community members and clients.
This is a full-time virtual position that reports directly to our editorial and marketing manager while working closely with other WBH team members (marketing and sales).
