Business Development Representative (sales & marketing)

Happy Host is hiring proven sales reps who are eager to reach out and connect with US real estate professionals. We are primarily a vacation turnover management company. That is a fancy way of saying we clean vacation rentals after the guest checks out. But this job starts with our second stream of income - move out cleanings. We focus our efforts not only on vacation rentals, but also on cleaning empty homes and apartments after a tenant has moved out. This also is needed before a realtor lists a property for sale. We need help connecting with THESE customers!

We already have a list of nearly 9,000 untouched real estate professionals that can be contacted by email and by phone, but we also would like you to expand this database through social media contacts, online searches for realtors in the area and online networking opportunities. This position will consist of the following duties:

- Create and send regular email campaigns using Mailchimp to our realtor and property manager database
- Field incoming responses from leads to explain services and secure first jobs
- Reach out to connect personally to individuals by email and phone call to introduce our company and present services
- Update lead funnel in CRM
- Grow real estate professional lead database through Google, Yelp, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter (resume database searches), Facebook, & Alignable
- Offer our discount program and cash back referral program for booking jobs
- Post regularly on company social media channels (will provide software for easily creating graphics. Graphic design knowledge is a plus)

Once you have a lead, you can quote through our website and create the job in our system with the help of our client account manager. Booking the first job qualifies the lead as WON. After the first job, booking their second job earns you a ---------- pensation for this position will consist of a base rate plus tiered bonuses for meeting key goal metrics. Booking larger accounts such as large property management companies will equate to large bonuses.
