Mobile landing pages and mini games

I need someone expert in doing mobile sites for landing pages. Inclusive skills of

- Copying/Duplicating the landing pages that is already live and clean the codes as well as make it fast.
- Ability to implement javascripts that for entry/exit pops, redirection of url, and much more mobile oriented elements that is needed (Will explain further in chat/skype).
- Able to upload/host and tweak in Amazon s3.
- Create “mini-games interactive with the mobile touch screens” to win some prizes (Will show example in Skype.
- Using Trello as part of project management (Long term projects only).
