JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a dedicated, honest and loyal full time employee to help us with our growing online marine and fishing business located in New Zealand.

You MUST possess the following:

* VERY strong English WRITING skills including spelling and grammar
* Ability to multi-task well
* Good communication skills, ability to reassure and deal with customers
* Strong Internet research skills
* Your own Windows computer (less than 3 years old) and a high quality headset
* Full-time high-speed and reliable Internet connection
* Access to Skype (or equivalent) for answering calls
* Superb time management skills

If you ALSO possess some of these attributes you may have an advantage over other candidates:

* Ability to write a compelling sales pitch
* Sales experience in particular with product
* Customer service experience
* Experience with e-Commerce (online stores / eBay / Amazon)
* Experience writing about products
* Knowledge of Basic HTML
* Basic image editing experience

Your role will include dealing with customer queries pre and post sales. Activity will be focused on managing our TradeMe business (NZ equivalent of eBay). This includes answering questions, creating and managing orders, some data entry, adding and adjusting product listings and dealing with any post sales queries such as warranty or courier issues.

Additionally the role includes adding new listings on an ongoing basis. This will require the use of PERFECT English - spelling, punctuation and grammar. Your ability to research product information via the Internet and, articulate an effective and compelling product description is essential.

Additional activity will include link building (no previous experience needed as we will provide full training for this).

This role is expected to be a full time role (part timers please do not apply). Initially 40 hours per week between the hours of 06:00 and 14:00 (Philippine time). Once training is partially completed the role hours will change to from 14:00 to 20:00 Sunday to Friday (6 hours per day, 6 days a week). A permanent position will be offered after a probationary period – 10,000 to 12,000 PHP per month depending on experience + bonus for exceeding goals once fully trained.
