MARKETING CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST:

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Support Specialist to deliver customer support to the TRBO ADvance Aesthetic Medical ---------- this role, you will support Practice Growth Managers with incoming ZenDesk Ticket requests, coordinating Client Approval, and general task support ensuring that all clients achieve maximum success with our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee all inbound ticket requests from clients associated with your team.

- Work closely with our team of marketing specialists to ensure on-time, accurate, and timely execution of monthly deliverables.

- Assist our marketing specialists with sending monthly blogs, emails, reporting, and ad campaigns to clients for approval.

- Receive client requests and deliver instructions to appropriate team members within Project Management software

- Keep clients informed on the status of requests and set appropriate expectations

- Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of TRBO products and services.

- Provide feedback from clients to assess possible refinements to existing products, systems, and processes that may help us improve as a company.

QUALIFICATIONS:
------------------------
- 4 years - customer service experience

- 1+ - years agency or sales and marketing experience

- Superior customer service skills and a desire to help people

- Ability to work well independently and in a dynamic team environment, and interface well with many individuals (sales, development, management)

- Excellent organization

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thorough

- Demonstrated ability in prioritizing multiple projects that are smaller in scope

- Understand the importance of following up and rapidly learning new and changing software and tools

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong verbal & email communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

- Competent computer skills to perform essential job functions

- Experience with SEO and other online marketing strategies a plus

- Experience with Google Analytics, WordPress, and social media a plus

- Positive attitude and professional demeanor

- Monday - Friday 8-5 cst
