Facebook Ads Creative Designer - CTR Boosting Ads

Note: This is for a graphic design position.

Are you a creative genius?

We're looking for an experienced designer who can pump out attention-grabbing ads for Facebook and Google.

We're not interested in stock photos and free templates, we're talking about innovative, attention-grabbing, action taking ads!

You will also be involved in the process of seeing which ads worked and which ads failed. We believe transparency and a good feedback loop is critical to creating better ads.

And... We love to split test :)
