Hiring 2 Data Analysts long-term, experience required

We are looking for full-time employees for data analysis. We are looking to hire for the long-term. We are looking for a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Training will be provided.

Most of our current 10+ team in the Philippines has been with us for 2+ years and we hope you will be a part of that!

Your responsibilities (full training will be provided for using specific tools)
- Interpret data & analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Make data-based decisions based on analysis
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data to identify opportunities
- Provide analytical support and manage stakeholder expectations

- This will entail an onboarding 'trial period' of 6 weeks during which we determine whether you are a good fit. You will be paid in full for any and all time spent in training with us.

Qualifications
- Quantitative background (past experience/education)
- Ability to interpret data to produce key insights
- Preferred to have experience in analytics or a role dealing with many numbers

You should also have
- Great organizational skills. We manage our projects in Asana and Slack and a core part of any position with us will be to make sure that you are tracking and managing yourself well.
- A reliable internet connection.
- Good mental math skills, especially with percentages. For data-oriented roles, this will be helpful.
