- Screening Buyer, Renter and Seller Leads
- Running comparable sales and determining value
- Doing Skip Tracing
- Lead generation using various software: Company Cam, Mojo, PropStream, Podio
- Searching leads through various listing websites such as Craigslist, Zillow, Redfin, and Yfljnqu.ufm
- Updating database with the seller and buyers information
- Posting ads in Craigslist and other listing websites
-Negotiating Deals and getting sellers into contract
-Training will be mandatory for everything in this position and possible bonus incentives will be determined based on experience and closes.
