We are looking for a Executive Assistant beginning as a Part Time worker with the intent of becoming a Full Time position to run daily operations which include:
CRM Management
Follow up on client file and monitoring of files for outstanding items
Ensures that all client has submitted all required documentation with signatures
Manage all records to be updated and accurate
Monitor current accounts for payment progress.
Responsible for investigating credit and financial information on prospective and existing customers.
Requirements Include:
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
Proficient with Excel
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
