Responsibilities and Duties:
Filing: Coordinates the filing process and ensures all paperwork is in the file prior to a final review. Record and update details of prospective and existing owners and tenants into the computer database swiftly.
Tracking: leasing documents (identify), obtaining Owner signatures, and obtaining Tenant Signatures.
Propertyware: schedule updates, ensure monthly and quarterly uploads are completed accurately, streamline data, omitting redundancy.
Marketing: Direct point of contact with marketing, relay leasing needs, coordinate and support marketing campaigns and initiatives, monitor updates to App and Website.
Conferences: attend and coordinate logistics and Leasing needs.
Corporate Spending: Ensure invoices for all corporate spending are accounted for and presented to Accounting on a monthly basis. Provide necessary P.O.’s for
Leasing: write LOIs / OTLs for reps if needed, Quarterly Reports, work with InDesign on LODs, basic work in CAD an asset?
First Point of contact for Departments and Leasing Enquiries.
Finance: help with reporting
Submits daily activity reports.
Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree preferred and two (2) + years work experience as a Leasing Coordinator or similar position.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions and use all on-site resident management software functions.
Professional Experience:
At least two years of experience in residential property management or a related field is required.
Attendance:
Ability to work Monday – Friday, PST Sacramento. Our property staffing limitation makes it critical for you to work your scheduled hours consistently as well as overtime if necessary when requested.
Available to work extended hours.
Ability to serve on-call, as scheduled or as necessary.

Knowledge of on-site maintenance requirements, including dealing with vendors and contractors

Knowledge of state law as it relates to the handling of Security Deposits and other resident-related fees and charge is a plus.
Proficient knowledge of the real estate industry, property management principles, and relevant
Has computer and internet knowledge
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel; proficiency with Outlook
Ability to operate and understand personal computer functions and company utilized software packages
Has knowledge of database and real estate property management applications.
