We're looking for a new Client Success Director to join our team (

Specifically, we work with owners of Digital Marketing Agencies that are struggling to get out of their day to day work. They're drowning in the work, spending less time doing what they used to love - helping clients get results through Digital Marketing!
We help them by systematizing their agency through our 90-Day Consulting Program, the ARF Accelerator, where we help them build processes, automation, and a team.
Our entire process to get a client from no systems to a well-oiled profit-generating machine is pretty much dialed down (which you’ll receive training on). But, we want to do this better and faster.
As a Client Success Director, you’re responsible for leading the Client Success Team to ensure that our clients hit all their goals from start to finish in the program.
Here are some responsibilities for the role:
- Ensure that 90% of our clients hit their milestones at the end of the 90-day program
- Analyze a client’s entire business, clearly identify the biggest bottlenecks, and provide solutions based on our framework
- Implement Project Management systems and workflow automation for our clients
- Create and improve SOPs, while keeping them neatly organized
- Ensure that deadlines are met within the Client Success team and quality of output is high
- Coach and mentor the Client Success team to make the right decisions
- Lead weekly team meetings
- While you’ll be taught how we run things, we expect you to improve on our courses, processes, and systems
- Talk to clients through Slack and zoom calls to address issues and answer questions
- Spend time researching new trends so we can keep our program relevant and up to date
- Hiring, training, and letting go of staff when necessary
- Tracking both client and internal metrics on a weekly basis and taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure that 80% of clients that go through the program give a testimonial (a measure of client happiness)
Here are the minimum requirements to be considered for the role:
- You have to be willing to undergo training on ALL the roles within the client success team so you have a good understanding of how it runs. (Our team consists of System Engineers, Documentation Specialists, and Success Coach )
- You have previous experience in an Operations or Project Management role
- You have a baseline understanding of software like Google Sheets, Zapier, Project Management apps (ASANA, ClickUp, etc), and the willingness to learn new applications.
- You’ve hired people in the past
- You are comfortable speaking and listening to people from all over the world.
- You are not afraid to lead people as long as it is what’s best for them.
This is a 100% remote and full-time role. However, you will start part time at 15-20 hours per week to undergo training and testing. We are currently hiring in the Philippines only.
While you can do this wherever you are, we do require a 4-hour overlap with the US Time Zone (4 PM-7 PM EST OR 9 AM-1 PM EST New York Time). The rest of the 4 hours are flexible throughout the day.
Your compensation will be base salary + commissions + bonuses based on milestones hit. The base salary is $1800 per month full time. On track earnings, if you factor in commissions and bonuses would be $2500-$2800 per month.
