Graphic/Web Designer

GUSTUS MARKET is looking for a Graphic/Web Designer to join our in-house Team to design a range of digital, web development (WordPress, WooCommerce), print, video and interactive materials for marketing, business development, and communications.

GUSTUS MARKET is as European renowned company, operating in various industries, varying from food & beverages, real estate to Ecommerce, with headquarters in Berlin, and additional locations in Lisbon and Pune.

Duties:
• Expert-Level WordPress/WooCommerce development. WordPress theme structure, WordPress template hierarchy and the WooCommerce eCommerce platform. You must also be fluent and able to work in HTML/CSS, CSS Preprocessors, and Javascript/jQuery.
• Design and produce a range of print, digital and web-based graphics, including proposals, presentations, display boards, information graphics, award submittals, newsletters, marketing videos, YouTube & Facebook videos, display ads, and more.
• Produce content, infographics, layouts, charts, and templates for SOQ’s and proposals
• Work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines and changing priorities.
• Execute the design of a wide range of video and digital marketing projects including landing pages, marketing videos, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, display ads, and more.
• Collaborate directly with CEO to conceptualise and develop all elements
• Develop creative solutions that are consistent with our branding guidelines, and further develop these guidelines, standards, and best practices
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively, Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
• Launch and maintain the design and content of the website, Incorporate functionalities and features into website
• Ability to work with different content management systems (CMS), HubSpot, Trello and more…

Qualifications:
• Minimum three (3) years related graphics and web experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Proven experience of developing graphics in response to complex solicitations
• Proven experience in developing and maintain websites,
• Knowledgeable of the proposal process, including layout, templates, proposal content, graphic elements, schedules, production, and delivery of compliant deliverables
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) required
• Skilled with WordPress, WooCommerce, HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript
• Proficient in G suite, Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must display sound judgment and strong attention to detail, relate well to others, have a professional demeanor, and be well-organized
• Must be flexible, self-motivated, able to prioritize multiple tasks, coordinate shifting priorities, respond to short-term deadlines, and carry a heavy and diverse workload
• Excellent communication and writing skills
