Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills

salary will be between 600 - 800$ in the month.
i give yearly bonus as i like.
all whose work with me never leave me.
many days or weeks maybe he will never hear from me. or his managers in the team.
he must follow every thing that we say in every project i need.
he must be online long time in the day.
he must be flexible in time of work and have skype and whatsapp for communicate.
i dont care if he have other work or projects with others, i care that when i need him i find him ready 1000% and with his full power.
he must be smart, good english, friendly with the team, and very good and creative coder with very very good experience in php and can solve every thing fast and creative.

if u intrest insert your bid and your experience and time u r online in the time zone of gmt+2 and samples of projects you work on it, and every thing u think its make me interest about hiring u specialty in the skills im looking for and any other language he can code on it , and your nationality and where r u live now and your time zone.
