Landing Page Creation for Multiple Sites

Hi,

I have this website, The Mega Blog Shop. It contains 100 baby websites. My objective is to have a landing page in each baby site. The landing page is to be created using my GetResponse account. The minimum info that should be in my landing page are as follows:

1. Problem statement of my visitors
2. Proposed solution
3. A freebie (an e-book or free physical product)
4. a squeeze page or opt-in form.

I was thinking of posting a job to create me a 1 landing page, where I will just key/upload items 1-3 to suit my 100 baby sites or to create 100 different landing pages (to have variety) but I will still key/uplpad items 1-3. Any alternative recomemndations is accepted? Of course my budget is limited and I want to complete this asap.
