Podcast editing

Hello!
I am looking to hire an editor for my podcast that is focused on productivity using Notion (the app).

I am aiming to release, at minimum, one 30 minute episode weekly. My interviews are never longer than 60 minutes.

If I f I find the right editor, there will be sufficient work for a long-term basis as this is a project that will spread for at least 2 years (at least).

In order to be considered for this position you must possess the following:

1) Must have native level English proficiency

2) must edit on garage band

3) must be able to return edits for first draft revisions within 36-48 hours

4) have working (or willing to learn) to collaborate on Notion.

My intended podcast sound style is a mixture of Freakonomics' Stephen Dubner and trying to achieve Radio Lab production quality in the future. My intended content focus is education in healthcare.

I am willing to pay up to 8$ per episode depending on experience. I am looking for applicants who meet the above requirements and who are committed to learning with me to grow my podcast. Please, only serious inquiries. This advert will stay 'live' until I hire ---------- total, the contract would be a minimum of 1 episode weekly—if I can find a suitable editor—for a long-term basis.
