QUALIFICATIONS:
1. At least 18 years of age
2. Good ENGLISH communication skills
3. With or without call center experience
4. Must be willing to work onsite (2|F New Annex, SM City Fairview Greater Lagro, Quezon City)
5. Must be willing to work immediately
6. No prior application with Teleperformance for the past 90 days

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Contacting customers to discuss your company’s new services.
2. Speaking to customers about new charges.
3. Handling customer complaints.
4. Maintaining customer records by updating their account information.
5. Recommending potential products and services to suit a customer’s needs.
