Web Designer Needed for a Print on Demand Site

Hello, our company is looking for a website through woocommerce that offers print on demand to our clients. Much like the websites printful, printify, printaura, gooten and scalable press. We make many items for customers that we hope you can make a great interface and website for.

1. We need you to be able to use Namecheap or Woocommerce. We do not use shopify.
2. We hope you can create an UPLOAD type of application so customers can upload their artwork when they order and we can receive it to make their products.
3. You have to be trust worthy and have excellent communication skills.
