HIGHLIGHT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Following up on New and Old leads
Manage social media postings

Email/text/call agents and leads
Help with agent recruiting
More as time goes on.

QUALIFICATIONS:
**Exceptional work ethic, demonstrates urgency and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
**Tech savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues;
**Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
**Exceptional communications skills both verbal and written
**Self-starter with the ability to work independently

REQUIREMENTS:
**Minimum of virtual 2 years Real Estate Experience
** Nice to have knowledge experience with any of the following: eXp Realty platform, Canva, FB, Instagram, Blogging, Cold Calls
** Minimum high-speed internet connection of 50 MBPS
** Relatively fast computer with a minimum memory of 8 GB of RAM and processor speed to perform efficiently
** Good quality headset
** Non-distracting homework environment
