Real Estate Cold Caller

Hi there! Please read this whole posting for details and application info.*

We are looking for an experienced cold caller to join our growing team of about 15. The job starts as a part time caller (20 hours per week - 4 hours per day, M-F) who will have the opportunity to move up to FULL TIME after two weeks.

Your job will be to cold call homeowners in the United States, on behalf of our real estate agent, to see who is considering selling or buying a property. Then, set an appointment for them to speak together!

We pay $4 per hour with the opportunity for performance-based bonuses, and there is further earning potential in other areas of the business for exceptional callers.

We are looking for someone who has done cold calling before, ideally in the real estate industry, and is positive, energetic, hardworking, reliable, and has excellent english with a neutral accent!

Other requirements - Hardwired and reliable internet connection with very minimal power outages, noise-cancelling wired headset, quiet working environment.
