SEO Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Operate live chat and support phone calls.

2. Assist and educate customers to ensure that campaign budgets are fulfilled and optimize based on performance requirements.

3. Troubleshoot product issues, general advertising and technical inquiries for clients.

4. Proactive identification of process improvements.

5. Meet performance standards/metrics set by the department.


Qualifications:

1. Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in online advertising & marketing
(SEO, Search Advertising, RE-TARGETING, Display Advertising)

2. Good written and verbal communication skills.

3. BPO or IT services background is a plus!

4. College undergraduates are welcome to apply!

5. Willing to work on rotating shifts at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
