Diane Lam Co is looking for an AWESOME Social Media Strategist/Manager

I am the founder and CEO of Diane Lam Co. I am a business operations & systems expert and I build empires for ambitious 6-figure service providers.

I recently rebranded and relaunched my company and I am growing! I need a strong social media strategist/manager to help me build my brand on Instagram, Facebook & Linkedin.

I need your creativity and social media expertise to grow my online audience and convert them into clients.

I am looking for someone who is passionate about social media, can come up with great ideas, and lead the marketing charge. Is this you - I NEED YOU! I’m looking for a long-term team member who WANTS to grow with my business.


Sample duties may include:
- Creating and managing a content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and Linkedin
- Creating weekly email newsletter
- Creating and managing content inventory
- Repurposing content from our existing inventory
- Scheduling Social media posts
- Strategic engagement with followers on various platforms
- Hashtag research, compilations, and groupings
- Graphic design work in Canva for social media posts
- Writing captions for social media posts
- Adjusting content and messaging as needed to maximize results
- Coming up with new strategies to increase build my following


You might be a good fit if you:
- Are FLUENT in English
- Are FUN and a FAST learner
- Are TECH-SAVVY and RESOURCEFUL.
- Are up to date on the latest marketing strategies and bring in fresh and new best practices to my marketing
- Are An INDEPENDENT and PROACTIVE worker
- Are DEPENDABLE and amazing at following-through


This position is NOT for you if:
- You are just gettings started with creating content and managing social media
- Need significant training and/or hand-holding
- You cannot manage your deadlines and due dates without reminders from your manager
- You are juggling a lot of other clients and have limited bandwidth for new clients.
