JOB OVERVIEW

The Talent Transformation Guild ( ---------- ) seeks an experienced, professional writer to write articles and occasionally white papers.

The content will relate to the future of work, with attention to trends in business models, technology, HR, learning, personal development, competencies, assessments, behaviors, and capabilities. For previous examples of our articles, visit ---------- .

We will provide briefs and/or links to existing articles to guide each assignment. On average, articles will run between 800 and 1,200 words. Occasional white papers will be 1,500 to 2,500 words long.

Successful candidates will be able to:

• rewrite text from the articles we provide for background
• do additional research if required
• produce engaging, well-organized, and enjoyable articles
• meet deadlines for weekly or bi-weekly articles
• maintain confidentiality
• follow The Economist Style Guide
