You will join an e-commerce team, leading the scene of middle eastern musical instruments. Our warehouses are in Israel, Turkey & Armenia. We sell hand made musical instruments to customers around the world.
We have video tutorials for every task in your day to day work. So be sure, that everything will be explained to you clearly.
Your working time will be in local morning times. We allow our workers to work in local time.

* Prepare shipping labels for orders & update tracking numbers in a few different platforms
* Answer customers support questions
* Add and edit the content on our website (WordPress)
* Add products to different marketplaces
Requirements:
* Good skills with Google Sheets, Docs & general internet skills
* Experience with customer support (over
* Perfect written English
* Experience with Amazon & eBay
Advantage:
* WordPress experience
* Previous experience with CRM
* Experience with E-commerce companies
* Lightroom & Photoshop experience
