We are looking for an expert customer service representative with experience working in E-Commerce. We currently have one experienced member on our customer service team and we are looking to add a new member.
You will be trained by our current customer service representative. When you apply, please tell us what your favorite movie is and why, and tell us about your previous customer service experience
Requirements:
- Experience using ZohoDesk
- Experience doing customer service for E-Commerce Stores
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests on ZohoDesk in perfect English
- Issue refunds according to our refund policy
- Re-send products to customers when needed
- Respond to all customer inquires quickly and accurately (within 2 business days)
