We're an Ecomm dropshipping team looking for a Shopify Virtual Assistance/Manager for our dropshipping store.
The project includes the following priority:

n1 = Customer Support Through Email, Facebook, Instagram and chat Etc.* Shopify Virtual Assistance *Checking in and out and clearing out the Obstacles.
* Bring structure in the customer service process
* Availability and solving problem instantly regards to the store
* Fulfillment & problem solving
* Shopify dropshipping specifically and growing Shopify stores.
*Create a daily plan


THE REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES

Research Skills particularly online search;
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
Planning Skills/Time Management;
Technology Skills - Google Suite, MS Excel, Social Media (eg Slack, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Skype, Zoom);
