About us:
We're rhome, we sell Digital Marketing to Home Repairers in California

All home repairers have a ton of competition & most aren't good at digital marketing

We bring them more paying customers using Google & FB Ads

Job description & requirements:
You'll be calling a rhome-provided list of home repairers across the USA

Script is provided along with Google Voice number to make calls & Acuity Scheduling to have them book Discovery Calls

The goal of the Cold Call is to get them to book a Discovery Call, where we'll have a more detailed discussion about their situation and whether they're ready for digital marketing

The goal of the Discovery Call being to close the sale

Your pay is $4-5.50 per hour for the Cold Calls & you get a commission equivalent to $ ---------- per closed Discovery Call

Bonus Pay at the end of each month for great performance

Calls have to be between 8-11 am of the local time M-F. We have numbers from each Timezone in the USA

3 days per week to start, up to 4 hours per day

At least 100 calls per day required

There will be a two week vetting process

Requirement is at least one scheduled Discovery Call per day of qualified prospects (certain income & decision maker for home repair business)

CRM Requirement to keep a spreadsheet of calls made, result, what went well, what didn't, what you learned for next time
