Expert Responsive Wordpress Web Designer with Conversion and SEO Knowledge

I'm looking for an expert wordpress designer who knows how to create fast, responsive websites, and high converting landing pages.

The ideal candidate would have not only excellent design skills but also have a vast understanding of on-site SEO, themed content siloing, and conversion skills. I'd like the designer to have experience with analytics and how to look at data to improve the performance and conversions of the websites on a weekly basis.

I have over 300 websites and plenty of work to do. I am a full time internet marketing agency and not a newbie, so please only qualified candidates apply or you'll be wasting both of our time. For the right candidate this job could very well be full time. I have several employees who've been with my team for over 10 years.
