Looking for a webmaster and developer to upload Wordpress website theme and customize for event company.

We are seeking an webmaster and web developer who is skilled in Wordpress and has experience with Theme Forest Themes. Here is what we need done:
Stage 1:
-Upload Eventica Theme to cPanel. Theme files will be provided.
-Install all appropriate plugins (The Events Calendar, Event Rocket, etc) and widgets and verify functionality against theme demo on theme forest.
-Make several small adjustments to theme (upload logo, color theme, adding buttons to front end and setup with back end).
-Test and verify full functionality so all we have to do is add text and images where necessary

If things go well, we will continue with Stage 2:
-Add a countdown timer to front and back end to automatically appear for next upcoming event on "Home" and "Events" page.
-Setup and test contact forms with Mailchimp account integration and autoresponder.
-Setup and test woocommerce event ticket checkout system for paying participants.
-Setup and test a free registration system for volunteers that creates a list on the back end.
-Setup and test back end and front functionality for attendees and volunteers to register and create profiles when they checkout with ticket checkout system or free volunteer system. Not sure if theme or woocommerce does this already.
