Video Editor (for YouTube)

I have been editing my own videos for 4 years and need someone to take over the editing responsibility for my YouTube Channel "KleshGuitars". I need someone who can edit my footage in my style, but "better" I want better color balancing, more motion tracking, better music edits etc. I want my videos to look EPIC. Of course you have editing freedom to do what you think will make great videos.
