Savvy Executive Assistant | Full time position

Hi,

We are currently looking for someone that is super organized to help with our Marketing business. Someone who can help us organize things, activities, communications.

If you love to learn new things and are willing to apply the things that you learn then you might be a good fit. You must master the English language.

We specialize in online marketing, building and ranking sites, as well as client acquisition services that we offer to local businesses that want to acquire new customers through paid and organic advertising. We also offer tech and consulting services.

Do you like new tech? This would be an asset. You must be willing to learn new things as well.

The role consists of helping with online research and building lists of potential customers that can be interested in our services. There is room to grow and participate in other activities as well.

To excel in this role, you must be a great communicator whether it's through text,??email or chat, you must enjoy communicating with others in general. Data-entry experience is a plus.

Looking for a detailed oriented, logical person to fulfill this role. You’d be required to work during business hours (EST time).

You must be comfortable working on different systems online like web applications, Google drive, google sheets, etc… Having knowledge of??email marketing would be good also.
